TECHNOLOGY

In our production process, alongside traditional methods, we incorporate the latest technological advancements. Our well-equipped machinery park and experienced staff enable us to maintain high standards of quality and durability for our knives and blades. A key factor in the production process is the raw material, supplied by leading steel manufacturers worldwide—most notably, steel from Sheffield, U.K.

We use various forms of steel in production: sheets, coils, strips, rods, and more. The combination of modern technologies with many years of experience ensures consistently high standards. The durability of knives and blades depends not only on the choice of material or its processing but also on factors such as strength, wear resistance, impact toughness, and elasticity.

We manufacture in accordance with the standards used for the production of original knives and blades, following flatness norms and maintaining strict precision of tooth profiles, thereby meeting both European and American standards.

In addition to the production and sale of knives and blades made from all types of steel, we have extensive experience in manufacturing and supplying tools and components made from **tungsten carbide** and **ceramics**. Tungsten carbide and ceramic are highly durable, wear-resistant materials.

To further extend their service life, these materials can be coated with TiN, TCiN, or PTFE layers.
